The web parts breakdown did not show the parts I needed .... I found that out when I went to pick the parts at the store.
The parts rep Ivan was very nice and printed out a diagram for me as guidance. At home, when I was looking up those parts I learned that the diagram given to me is not the same with the one Ivan gave me. So I got on the phone and spoke with Victor which gave me other part numbers but those were not the items I was looking for. Called again and spoke with Victor and I finally got what I was looking for . I just placed the order. Fingers crossed hoping that those are indeed the parts I need.
In review, total time spent online and on the phone upwards of 1 hr. Feel free to reach out to me as I think I found an opportunity for improvement for future customers.
